The ongoing project at BuddhaNet for the past three years has been the Buddhist eLibrary. The Buddhist eLibrary Project is an initiative of Venerable Pannyavaro of the Buddha Dharma Education Association Inc and BuddhaNet.net in partnership with Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) International Buddhist College (IBC) and the Young Buddhist Association of Thailand (YBAT).
The eLibrary now includes substantial Chinese and Thai language content. Shortly it will also include Spanish and Portuguese content and the organizers would like to include the main Asian and European languages as well.
So Buddhist organizations and/or individuals are invited to contribute digital content such as PDF documents, Audio as MP3 or Videos as Flash files to the eLibrary. Buddhist institutions are invited to join the Buddhist eLibrary on a partnership basis, and financial support to help to keep this service up and running, is always welcome.
