Buddhism and Food Ethics

The University of Oxford and Yin-Cheng Buddhist Studies Network proudly present a one-day conference on “Buddhism and Food Ethics” at the University of Oxford China Centre.

If you are interested in historical and modern aspects of Buddhism and food ethics, you are invited to submit your 300-word proposals to Pyi.Kyaw@ames.ox.ac.uk by March 1, 2024. Each paper presentation will be limited to 20 minutes. Selected conference papers will be published in the Yin-Cheng Journal of Contemporary Buddhism.

💰 Funding:
All associated costs, including accommodation and meals, are covered. Travel expenses may be partially or fully covered, depending on available funds.
